The Call Of The Night

2017-01-12

Anytime you have Sonny Landreth involved on your album you can never go wrong. With Josh being from the Shreveport area, he was able to recruit a couple people to play on this album. Others guest starring on this album besides Sonny Landreth were Buddy Flett, James Westfall, and Tony Daigle. When you listen to these tunes, the slide playing just stands out so much, and you instantly know Sonny is chiming in to help the blues come out of the music. Very solid to say least. I enjoyed tracks 3, 4, 5, and 8 the most. Worth checking out and adding to the library for sure.
