The Black Swans are wasting no time, releasing a second album in as many years on Misra Records. Titled Occasion For Song, it comes out July 16 and “deals with the death of founding member and violinist Noel Sayre. Noel died tragically in a swimming accident in Portsmouth, Ohio – July of 2008″ The first song being streamed, “Portsmouth Ohio”, chronicles the day of Noel’s death.
