a note about this track

Jeff Tweedy (born August 25, 1967 in Belleville, Illinois, is an American singer-songwriter, musician, and poet best known for his work with the group Wilco. Tweedy's mother bought Tweedy his first guitar at age six, although he did not begin to play it seriously until he was 12. Apparently Tweedy told people that he knew how to play the guitar once he got his first guitar, even though he couldn't. When he was twelve Tweedy was injured in a bicycle accident and was put up for the summer. He decided to learn how to play a few chords before somebody "called him out" on the lie.[1] In 1981, when Tweedy was fourteen years old, he befriended Jay Farrar in an English class at Belleville Township High School West. Tweedy joined rockabilly band The Plebes with high school with friend Jay Farrar in the early 1980s, but Tweedy's musical interests caused one of Farrar's brothers to quit. The Plebes changed their name to The Primitives in 1984, and subsequently to Uncle Tupelo. . Wilco is a rock band which formed in 1994 in Chicago, Illinois, United States by the remaining members of alternative country group Uncle Tupelo following singer Jay Farrar's departure from that group. +++++++++++++++ The British singer Billy Bragg and the American band Wilco collaborated to put to music and perform previously unheard lyrics written by American folk singer Woody Guthrie. The project was organized by Guthrie's daughter, Nora Guthrie. The ensuing album "Mermaid Avenue" was released on the Elektra Records label on June 23, 1998. jeff Tweedy has performed several solo tours, on which he typically plays acoustic music.weedy has partnered with Mavis Staples on two acclaimed[35] albums: in 2010 they released You Are Not Alone and in 2013, One True Vine. Tweedy played an array of instruments on these albums and wrote many of the songs. Tweedy worked with the psychedelic-influenced garage rock group White Denim on their upcoming record, recording some songs at Wilco's Chicago studio The Loft.[36] Tweedy has appeared as a fictional singer-songwriter on 2014 episodes of Parks and Recreation and Portlandia. On June 4, 2014, it was announced that he had formed a new band called Tweedy with his son Spencer. It was also announced that the band would tour and release an album on September 16.
