Support for WYCE comes from The Pyramid Scheme, presenting Hurray For The Riff Raff live in concert on Monday, July 11th . Alynda Lee Segarra's songwriting and powerful voice have always shone through on her albums and critics agree that her live show is a revelation.

Segarra's music comes off as revivalist: she still keeps to a traditionalist style, but adds her own personal touch and the energy of punk rock. It's no surprise that she cites Bikini Kill as one of her biggest and most cherished influences.

Opening the show is Daddy Long Legs: a blues-punk outfit from St. Louis.

Seven Steps Up presents Matt the Electrician tonight at 8 PM at their unique listening venue in Spring Lake.

Despite the name, Matt the Electrician is no longer an electrician, focusing instead on a music career that has spanned the course of two decades, a dozen records, and literally thousands of shows. It's folk music for a modern age, rooted in lyrics that focus on the realities and challenges of the 21st century as opposed to, say, the old-school thrill of hopping trains.

Seven Steps up is a Live Music & Event Venue located in downtown Spring Lake in the heart of the Arts District in a renovated Masonic Temple built circa 1919.
