"the rapidian dot org slash artprize 2016"It's WYCE weekend at Seven Steps Up Live Music & Event Venue in Spring Lake - with a seated Pin Drop Concert featuring Michigan's Red Tail Ring this Friday, October 7th, and a Standing Room Only concert with The Muteflutes and Seth Bernard - this Saturday, October 8th.
Seven Steps Up is donating $1 from every ticket sale to WYCE! When you buy a ticket for either of these concerts, you are supporting WYCE, local Michigan artists and a Michigan small business.
Seven Steps Up is a half-hour drive from downtown Grand Rapids in the heart of downtown Spring Lake and offers plenty of free parking just outside the venue. Tickets are available online at Pin Drop Concerts.com or by calling the Box Office at 616-930-4755.
Support for WYCE comes from The Pyramid Scheme, a pub and music venue in the Heartside neighborhood.
This Thursday, October 6th, The Pyramid Scheme presents The Suffers live in concert. The Suffers are Houston's award-winning 10-piece ensemble that have redefined the sound of Gulf Coast Soul.

Tonight, Tuesday, October 4, Community Media Center and Wealthy Theatre will provide a free, non-partisan, neutral simulcast of the Vice Presidential national debate. Screening begins at 9pm. Doors open at 8. The theatre is located at 1130 Wealthy Street SE. Free parking is available.
