Lowland Hum is Daniel Levi and Lauren (Plank) Goans. Hailing from Greensboro, North Carolina, the duo met in 2010. They married in 2012 and spent their first year of marriage touring the East Coast. At The Pyramid Scheme 4/25 with Penny and Sparrow
Named one of Yahoo Music’s Top 10 Bands to Watch in 2017, the genre-melding indie group will release their major label debut in the spring, supported by a national tour. The band’s forthcoming album was recorded with engineer and co-producer Jason Lehning (Mat Kearney, Guster, George Jones, Alison Krauss, Aubrie Sellers) with guest appearances by The Decemberists’ Jenny Conlee; Jack White’s bassist Dominic John Davis; singer-songwriter Keller Williams; and percussive guitar virtuoso Kaki King.
