The Acoustic CafÃ© Folk Series continues at St. Cecilia Music Center - Thursday April 6th - with a show by country music's rising star sensation Margo Price and her full band.

Margo's debut album "Midwest Farmer's Daughter" marks the arrival of a singular new talent. It was recorded at the legendary Sun Studios and is an invitation, a mission statement and a starkly poetic summary of the 32-year old singer's life.

Her music recalls hardships and heartaches. Her voice is an alluring mix of vulnerability and resilience, calling to mind the likes of Loretta Lynn and Dolly Parton.

Margo Price performs Thursday, April 6th at 7:30 at St. Cecilia Music Center. Tickets available at "SCMC dash online dot org"

The Intersection hosts a benefit concert for Ralston & Cindy Bowls, Sunday March 19th from 3 to 9 pm.

They call Ralston "Mr. Tuesday Night" since he is the founder of the popular Tuesday Evening Music Club concert series at Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park.

Proceeds from the show will help with medical bills for Cindy's battle with cancer.

Performances include Drew Nelson, Larry McCray, Troll for Trout, Josh Rose, Channing & Quinn and many more.
