Time to kick off the summer street food season in Downtown Grand Rapids!

             Roll'n Out Food Truck Fest - the largest food truck rally ever in Grand Rapids - happens this Sunday, May 21st at Heartside Park on Ionia Avenue.

             The event will showcase more than 20 food trucks and an interactive Artisan Village at the Downtown Market.

             The event is free to attend.

             11AM - 7 PM

             Roll'n Out Food Truck Fest is organized by Downtown Grand Rapids Inc. and many partners. Information at "downtown GR dot org".

Callaghan moved from London to Atlanta during the summer of 2010, drawn by one of her biggest influences - Shawn Mullins - who agreed to produce her solo debut album. She's now touring in support of her latest, A Memory of Now.

Support for WYCE comes from Buses by the Beach, presenting its annual Memorial weekend "Bus Benefit." 


Buses by the Beach is a nonprofit that rallies Volkswagen Bus enthusiasts in support of the Phoenix Society for Burn Survivors, the world's largest Burn Support Organization, based in Grand Rapids, MI. 

Next weekend's event is a family camp-out and music festival at Camp Blodgett, on the shore of Lake Michigan. There will be numerous family-oriented activities including a large raffle, climbing wall and ropes course, Tie dying, Hula Hoop workshop and disc golf course. 

Live music throughout the weekend, including performances by The Giving Tree Band, "Mellow Phobics", Roosevelt Diggs, Fauxgrass, The Bootstrap Boys, Barbarossa Brothers, Nicholas James and the Bandwagon, and several more local acts.
