An Accomplished And Inventive Guitarist And Lyricist, Patton Was Born In 1891 Mississippi And Over The Course Of Just Five Years Recorded A Profound Body Of Work. He Is Known As The First Great Delta Blues Man, And His Influence On Those Who Followed Is Immense. Charley Patton Passed On In 1934.
