Curtis Jones Developed His Melodic Piano Style In Dallas And The Club Circuit In Kansas City Before Moving To Chicago And Enjoying A Successful Recording Career Before World War ll With A Renewed Interest In His Music Developing During The 1960's Blues Revival. A Festival Favorite Among Europeans, Jones Relocated To Germany In The Early 60's, Finding Many Opportunities To Play & Record; Both Solo And With The Heavyweights Of British Blues. Several Of His Compositions Have Become Blues Standards. Jones Passed On In 1971.
