Grand Rapids Civic Theatre: All The Way (click for more info)

Grand Rapids Civic Theatre presents ALL THE WAY, the story of Lyndon B. Johnson and Martin Luther King, Jr. 

Performances take place at the Civic Theatre in downtown Grand Rapids - this Friday - January 12 though January 28th.

The show follows these two historical figures as they navigate a divided nation in their fight to pass the CIVIL RIGHTS ACT. The show begins with the conflicted Texan, Johnson, as he assumes the presidency and fights for the recognition he so desperately wants.

Civic Theatre is honored to be the FIRST community theatre to bring this production to life, starting This Friday, January 12th through January 28. 

Tickets are available online at "G R C T dot org", or at the Civic Theatre Box office, located at 30 Division Avenue North.

20 Monroe Live welcomes The Squirrel Nut Zippers - Live in Grand Rapids - on Saturday, January 20th.

The Squirrel Nut Zippers is an American swing band formed in 1993 in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. They have appeared on national television shows such as The Tonight Show, Late Show with David Letterman, Conan O'Brien, and Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve.

After a hiatus in the early 2000's, the band reformed in 2007 and released the album "Lost at Sea" in 2009.
