Support for WYCE comes from Buses by the Beach, presenting its annual Memorial weekend "Bus Benefit."
Buses by the Beach is a nonprofit that rallies Volkswagen Bus enthusiasts in support of the Phoenix Society for Burn Survivors, the world's largest Burn Support Organization, based here in Grand Rapids, MI. This weekend's event is a family camp-out and music festival at Camp Blodgett, on the shore of Lake Michigan.
There will be numerous family-oriented activities including a climbing wall and ropes course, Tie dying, Hula Hoop workshop and disc golf course.
Live music throughout the weekend, including performances by Adrian + Meredith, Mark Lavengood, Roosevelt Diggs, Cold Mountain Child, The Mainstays, Watching for foxes, Fauxgrass, The Rupple Brothers, Nicholas James and the Bandwagon, Lipstick Jodi and several more local acts.
