LaMontagne has released seven studio albums. He was born in New Hampshire and was inspired to create music after hearing an album by Stephen Stills. Critics have compared LaMontagne's music to that of Otis Redding, The Band, Van Morrison, Nick Drake and Tim Buckley.

Birch was born in Michigan. At the age of seven Birch began studying piano using the Suzuki method. While growing up she listened to opera, classical and church music. As a child Birch lived with her family in Zimbabwe, South Africa and Sydney, Australia - her father was a Seventh-day Adventist preacher whose work took him to several countries. When she was ten, her family returned to the United States, and settled in Portland, Oregon. Birch attended Portland Adventist Elementary School and later, Portland Adventist Academy
An American violinist, singer, and songwriter. He was a member of the bands Squirrel Nut Zippers and Bowl of Fire before pursuing a solo career. His main instrument is violin, but he also plays guitar and glockenspiel and is an expert whistler. He wrote and performed "The Whistling Caruso" for The Muppets movie and composed the score for the television series Baskets. Andrew Bird currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife Katherine and their son Sam
An American singer and songwriter. She was born in New York and raised in Boulder, Colorado but moved to Nashville in the late 1980s. She found work as a songwriter, composing hits for Martina McBride, Etta James, Trisha Yearwood, Patty Loveless, George Strait, Anne Murray, Shania Twain, Neil Diamond and co-writing songs with Bryan Adams. In addition, Peters has released seven studio albums of her own. The title track of her 1996 debut album The Secret of Life was later recorded by Faith Hill in 1999.

In 2015, Rawls recorded Soul Brothers with his long-time friend Otis Clay. It was nominated for Soul Blues Album of the Year and won the Blues Blast award in that category. Rawls' 2016 release, Tiger in a Cage, and Waiting for the Train in 2017 were both nominated for Soul Blues Album and Rawls was again nominated for Male Soul Blues Artist.

He was originally from Cranbrook in Kent, England, and for the past 20 years has studied the "musical culture and life of New Orleans," according to his website.Cleary is an accomplished pianist as well as being a multi-instrumentalist, a vocalist and a songwriter.
