This Weekend at Wealthy (click for more info)

Coming up this weekend at Wealthy Theatre:

Tomorrow, Sunday August 19th at 3PM The 6th annual Girls Rock Grand Rapids Summer Camp Showcase.

Amazing girl bands perform after spending only a week learning their rock instruments, writing songs, learning about stage presence and self-confidence, building DIY skills, designing a logo, and practicing! Watch these young girls show off their stuff to the world after their camp experience!

Admission is FREE although donations are accepted. Girls Rock! Grand Rapids is a non profit group of women dedicated to empowering girls through music.

You can stay up to date with all the happenings at the historic Wealthy Theatre at GRCMC.org - forward slash theatre or follow the Theatre's Facebook Event page.

UICA - Three Identical (click for more info)

Support for WYCE comes from UICA.

The UICA Movie Theater shows independent, international, and documentary movies in downtown Grand Rapids Tuesday-Sunday year round.

Three strangers are reunited by astonishing coincidence after being born identical triplets, separated at birth, and adopted by three different families.
Their jaw-dropping, feel-good story instantly becomes a global sensation complete with fame and celebrity, however, the fairy-tale reunion sets in motion a series of events that unearth an unimaginable secret -- a secret with radical repercussions for us all.
