Between 1964-1968, Glen Campbell recorded a bunch of songs meant for Elvis Presley's ears only. Presley was in a bit of a slump ever since The Beatles started dominating the airwaves that year, and he needed a hit. Since Glen Campbell had a similar range and vocal sound, he was asked to record some demos for The King. A few were eventually used, but these recordings were shelved and forgotten, never released until this year.
