UICA is a gallery, a movie theater, a shop, and a space for events. 

The galleries feature exhibitions of relevant, contemporary artworks; and the movie theater shows first-run foreign and independent films. 

UICA is presenting "Breaching the Margins" an exhibition of works by artists who examine ways in which marginalized groups navigate and work against social exclusion. 

This juried exhibiton includes work from 33 artists who approach the theme from various points of view, and offer dialogues regarding their rejection of marginalization.
