The UICA Movie Theater shows independent, international, and documentary movies in downtown Grand Rapids six days a week, year-round.  

"Jay Myself" is a documentary that follows the story of renowned photographer and artist, Jay Maisel, who, in February of 2015 sold his home - a 36,000 square-foot, 100-year-old landmark known to New Yorkers as "The Bank" and - for 48 years - to Maisel as "home Through the intimate lens of filmmaker and Jay's protégé, noted artist and photographer Stephen Wilkes, the viewer is taken on a remarkable journey through Jay's life as an artist, mentor, and man; a man grappling with time, life, change, and the end of an era in New York City.

 "Jay Myself" takes viewers on a remarkable journey as Maisel grapples with time, life, change, and the end of an era.  Find showtimes at uica.org
