A Short-Lived And Highly-Influential Band Formed In 1951 By Junior Parker And Pat Hare, Bringing Them To The Attention Of Sam Phillips At Sun Records. The Blue Flames Produced Highly-Successful Songs Prior To Parker Hooking Up With Bobby Bland and Johnny Ace And Heading Up The Blues Consolidated Revue, Performing Their Magic On The Southern Blues Circuit. Pete Hare Supplied The Power Chords For James Cotton For Couple Of Decades, Spending The Last Sixteen Years Of His Life In Prison, Passing On In 1980. Little Junior Parker Took On A Successful Solo Career And Passed On In 1971.
