You're invited to lace up your running shoes and satisfy your sweet tooth at the Westside Stride's 5th Annual Donut Dash 5K happening Tuesday, February 13th, at 6 p.m.
This 5K is open to everyone and is free of charge. While participation is complimentary, attendees can make a donation to benefit the Grand Rapids Police Foundation or purchase a special Donut Dash shirt at the event.
Westside Stride's 5th Annual Donut Dash 5K is sponsored by Swift Printing and Bridge Street Market.
Grand Rapids Police Chief Eric Winstrom will be on hand to serve as the official starter for the 5th annual Donut Dash 5K

Enhancing the independence
and quality of life for people with disabilities begins with choosing to be volunteer Foster Puppy Raisers.
These
volunteers play an important part in the PAWS mission by providing puppies with a
loving home and basic care.
No training experience is needed, and flexible commitment options
are available for various schedules.
