The Kent County Health Department operates four public health clinics that offer immunizations and services through the Women, Infants, and Children program, also known as WIC. (*pronounced as WICK)

These programs are offered to prevent disease and ensure adequate nutrition for moms and babies from pregnancy to childhood. 

Clinics are staffed by public health nurses who can answer health questions and assist individuals and families with finding other community services. 

 InfoClinic hours and locations can be obtained by calling (616) 632-7200online at accesskent dot gov, under the "Health" tab.

Running on May 24th through 27th, Memorial Day weekend, in Trufant, Michigan.

Buses By the Beach is a nonprofit in support of the Phoenix Society for Burn Survivors, the world's largest Burn Support Organization based in Grand Rapids.  

The event will feature activities and live music throughout the weekend, including performances by Desmond Jones, Roosevelt Diggs, Hannah Rose Graves Band, Pocket Watch, and others.
