Lowell Arts Theater presents Playbytes by Playwrights: No Idea Is a Bad Idea. Performances are scheduled for October 18 to October 27th at Lowell Arts - 223 W Main Street in Lowell.
Playbytes by Playwrights is a 10-minute play competition featuring original works that have been juried and selected to be performed.
Tickets are available online, over the phone, or in person at Lowell Arts.

Are you a Michigan musician or know of a few talented artists?
The Michigan Parkinson Foundation is holding its annual Parkinson Hero Walk at Aquinas College to raise funds for the 35,000 individuals diagnosed with Parkinson's in Michigan and allow individuals to honor the Parkinson's Hero in their lives.
The walk is scheduled for Saturday, October 19th. Registration begins at 9 AM, and the walk starts at 10:30 AM, at the Aquinas College Athletics & Recreation Building.
It will include sponsors from across the community, exercise demonstrations, an interactive kids' corner, and a one-mile walk.
