"Here and There" gathered two Elton John concerts, on 1 vinyl LP, in 1976. One performance, on Side A (Here), the other, on side B (There), (both concerts were completely expanded on CD in 1995). ... The 1st concert, recorded in London, at the Royal Festival Hall, on 18 May 1974. The 2nd concert, in New York, at Madison Square Gardens, on 28 November 1974, Thanksgiving Night. The New York concert is extra-notable because, this is the first time John Lennon appears on stage since 1972; (on this night as a special guest for 3 songs). And, as it turns out, this will be John Lennon's last public appearance .
"The Rolling Stones Rock and Roll Circus", is a British variety/concert special hosted by, and featuring, The Rolling Stones. It was filmed 11/12 December 1968. It was not released until October 1996.
