Guiding Light invites you to celebrate Valentine's weekend at their first-ever benefit concert on Saturday, February 15 from 4 to 6 PM at Saint Cecilia Music Center in Grand Rapids.

Performers include Singer songwriter Ralston Bowles, Troll for Trout founder and lead singer Michael Crittenden, Kate Pillsberry, Joshua Davis, and a special appearance by the Rebel Eves.

The Grand Rapids Public Library is proud to announce the 57th Annual Dyer-Ives Poetry Competition. 

The competition is open to Kent County ages 5 through adult who reside in or attend school in Kent County.

Poets can submit one original, unpublished poem now through February 28th.  

Submitting poems is free and winners selected in different categories have their poems published in Voices, plus a cash award.
