Chilly Blues and Brews will feature 35 chilis to sample, awards for multiple categories of entries, and three floors of live blues, plus....a hot pepper eating contest!

Support for WYCE comes from the Grand Rapids Symphony, presenting "Take Me Out to The Ball Game," music that celebrates the best of sports anthems on Friday and Saturday, March 14^th and 15^th at 7:30pm at DeVos Performance Hall.

The concert will feature selections like "Take Me Out to the Ballgame" and other ballpark regulars plus special guests from the sports world.

The Grand Rapids Public Library invites you to join them for a special celebration of poetry at The Power of Poetry Showcase on Sunday, April 6, 2025, from 2:00 - 4:00 pm at the Main Library Branch.

The event will be hosted by Grand Rapids Poet Laureate Christine Stephens-Krieger, and will feature performances by local poets who will share their original works.

In addition to the performance, attendees will leave with a recommended reading list and tips on how to enjoy the power of poetry.
