Venue rentals are subject to availability. Active CMC Membership (All-Access, Family, or Business/NPO Level) is required to rent any venue space and can be included and set up in your rental. Holidays may be unavailable and incur holiday pricing.
Only a signed contract and 50% non-refundable deposit will reserve the requested space and service. Promotion of event prior to paying the deposit will result in forfeit of the requested date.
Multi-day or NPO discounts may be available. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
