Jack Mack & The Heart Attack Horns

Soul Shack

2016-11-18

I really loved these guys as they sound a lot like many great blues artists, like Wilson Pickett and Booker T, but throw in some James Brown soul and you get Jack Mack & The Heart Attack Horns. Very solid to say the least, and with more than 7 people and up to 10 at times in the band, it is hard to not produce good sound if you know what you are doing. Very blues, with some funk and soul. Loved it all the way for sure. Really liked tracks 1,2, 5, 6, and 7 the most, but the whole album was solid.
