One of her best in quite awhile, this is stripped down and seriously folked up. The last track on the album, a song about Katrina’s aftermath, was co-written with Mark Erelli and won her the grand prize in the 2006 International Songwriting Competition out of 15,000 entries. She currently lives in Boston with her partner and two daughters. -Pete Drover
