Gotan Project is cool.

Saucy electronic remixing by Gotan Project (Philippe Cohen Solal) and other DJs trying their hand at creating new sounds from a collision with other artists' work, including Astor Piazzolla, Peter Kruder, Calexico, and others. For the uninitiated, Gotan Project is a musical world that draws on African roots of tango and Argentinian folk. The artist cites Buenos Aires as being an infinite inspiration, with "its melancholy, its women, its cocaine, and its indestructible, immortal tango." See if you agree.
