Right out of So Cal, Aloe Blacc doesn’t exactly fit in any one genre. Some of these songs really mix it up. At times you’ll hear rap with a kind of techno key board, or just singing along with a choppy beat. This album opens the idea of really being who you are. Aloe Blacc does many things from rap to piano. All in all it’s a welcome change and maybe the start of something new.-MKBilge
