Sam Morrow

There Is No Map

2015-11-19

This was the first time that i had heard of Sam Morrow. Upon doing some research he has some very similar tastes in music that i do and deeper connection to Americana Music. Likes include Little Feat, Lucinda Williams, and Merle Haggard. YOu can certainly see the influences come out in this album, especially the Merle Haggard. I would almost consider this sound/album to be something like Hayes Carll, they sound very similar to one another. I really liked tracks 3,5, and 6. Its not too bad overall, i was feeling it by the end of the cd.
