Uniformly curious throughout, Polaroid Memories is a hop, skip and a jump through Urban Cone’s self-described genre of Indie-electro-pop. Their sound is an airy mixture of light vocals, peculiar samples, synths, and lonely, isolated lyrics. The catchy electronic leads are a high point on this record, blending simply with the dance beats and youthful group vocals. The five pine cones from Stockholm are currently celebrating the release of this record with a tour that extends to the United States over the summer of 2015.
