Blinders On

2006-04-19

This is Nickel Creek guitarist/songwriter/singer Sean Watkins’ follow-up to his solo debut. On this disc he collaborates with a variety of artists, including members of Wilco, Tom Petty, and Switchfoot, to turn out an eclectic mix of acoustic folk-rock. Maverick magazine says, “The young and talented Sean Watkins has shown that he’s a force to be reckoned with.” Specific tracks include the folk ballad #6 “Runaway Girl”, #3 “I’m Sorry”, and the hillbilly #10 “No Lighted Windows”.
