I was not really sure what to think of this one out of the gate. In listening to the album as it progressed you could see he was pouring some emotion into. Also, many of you may not know Jason has played with several mainstream artists and is considered to be a great sidemen in the business. He has toured and recorded with several well known artists like Eric Clapton, Susan Tedeschi which shows how much musicianship he really has. It was not too bad overall, but i would like to see a couple more upbeat songs. "Gambler's Conceit" rocks and was my favorite on the record.
