Amy Rigby is trying on the role of ‘spokesperson of her generation’. That is to say, the mid-American-forty-something-single mother-divorcee generation. Her 5th Signature Sounds release is another fine set of clear-eyed narratives from a seen-it-all perspective, exactly the sort of thing we’re famous for bringing your way.
