Bright Eyes

Cassadaga

2007-04-23

Cassadaga is a very uniquely orchestrated release for this indie-rock boy genius Conor Oberst, who’s been recording since the age of thirteen. This album has many wood winds and symphonic composed melodies, with alt. country, folk lyrics about world issues, the American struggle, and a portrait of an artist. Bright Eyes has definitely won me over on this release, many releases before I have been hesitant because of whiney depressing lyrics. This is an album I think everyone should give a try. - Mitch FCC: #4 (F*&*) Tracks of Interest: track #5, #11, #12, #13, #2
