Tim Booth

Bone

2005-01-31

Tim Booth first came to the attention of American audiences as the front-man for British alternative rockers James. During the band’s 20 year career, they scored a handful of MTV hits, including “Sit Down” and the song that eventually became their anthem, “Laid”.

Outside of James, Tim Booth recorded a one-off project with operatic vocalist and composer Angelo Badalamenti on the 1996 release Booth and the Bad Angel.

Now he sets off on his own on the new solo release Bone, available now on Koch Records. Bone features more wry song-writing and infectious anthems in what we hope is the beginning of a fruitful new venture.
