Rolling with powerful grooves and a variety that only a big funk band could provide is PHO, an eight-piece group from Minnesota. Each of the nine tracks on PHO’s debut album talks and talks with an expert flow. This is a group that knows when less is more, and teases listeners with tight riffs from the rhythm section and delicate melodies from the horns and guitar.
