THE SHAKES

The Shakes

2006-12-11

The eleven track album consists of “no-bull, sweetly flavored, sensibly paced and craftily crafted rock and roll music.” Under the influence of Mexican weddings, irritable toddlers, and the sunset-stripped sounds of sixties West Coast pop, the Shakes on their third album set their sites on the tragic remains of their Silver Lake. Influenced by bands such as the Beatles, The Who, The Zombies, and much more, The 4 band members play their Indie genre in their own twisted and jaded way. Ben
