Son Volt

Okemah and the Melody of Riot

2005-07-24

It’s been seven years since the last release from these Americana rockers with a literate streak. Shortly after the release of Wide Swing Tremelo, the band announced a hiatus, never officially claiming that they had broken up. Farrar still acts as the main songwriter for this record but this time out he’s surrounded himself with a brand new group of musicians.
