ALL GOOD FUNK ALLIANCE

Jacks of All Trades

2012-05-09

Hailing from the greater Washington, D.C. area (Virginia), DJ duo, All Good Funk Alliance makes house music with disco loops. Most of these songs have guest vocals, such as the heavy dance floor banger, “Throw Down”; but vocals really aren’t important here. Jacks Of All Trades is all about funky bass and spacey synths. With songs such as the Dee-Lite-ful “Mr. Hipnoid” and the Parliament-inspired “Go-Go Bananas”, this is techno hip hop to fill the dance floor. Rebecca Ruth
