Change of State

2017-03-20

Novella's Album, Change of State, is a political statement disguised as a psychedelic jam with airy female vocals driven by thick bass lines, heavily reverbed guitar riffs, and solid drum beats. Lyrically, the album is a reflection of the modern state of Britain, but musically it takes the listener back to the 60's and 70's era. The album is not in-your-face political and is easy to listen to without delving deep into the issues it lightly intends to address. Favorite tracks were 1, 2, 3 and 5.
