The Prodigals

Dreaming In Hell's Kitchen

2007-03-23

With St. Patrick’s day come and gone when I reviewed this album, I was please to hear the familiar sounds one would want to hear during this specific weekend each year. However, this album offers only reason for a listen once a year. The Prodigals play good Irish/Celtic folk/rock music, but there’s not much feeling to the songs as the performers seem to drag through the music. However, I would advise to check out tracks 3 “The Morning After”, track 6 “Jackie Hall”, and track 11 “One True Cause”. Lane Zoerhof
