Billy Strings
Long Forgotten Dream (Live)Live Vol. 1 2024 via Reprise
Respecting the classics while sharing the odd and unexpected musical gift. If the music you love doesn't occasionally move you to tears, do you really love it? I play what I love and spin lots of new artists and albums. I'm currently grooving on the Crane Wives, Bartees Strange, Vijay Iyer, Terence Blanchard, Arlo Parks, and the Glass Animals. I would describe my setlists as a slow simmer, punctuated by the odd apoplectic shift. Lend me your ears.
Are you a Michigan musician or know of a few talented artists?
