Sakésho

We Want You to Say...

2005-04-12

We know what you want right now.
Warm weather, boat drinks and a steel drum band.
May we recommend Sakésho as the steel drum band?

Sakésho features Andy Narell, world-renowned pioneer of the steel drums as a jazz instrument. Andy is a veteran of over 30 years of recording, appearing as a session man for the likes of Aretha Franklin, Hot Tuna, Taj Mahal and Moby Grape. He is also the founder of the Grammy-winning Caribbean Jazz Project.

He’s now joined on the 2nd Sakésho recording by bandmates, Mario Canonge, piano; Michel Alibo, bass; and Jean Fanfant on drums.

Grab that umbrella for your drink.
