In August, it was announced that Rolling Stones drummer Charlie Watts was undergoing treatments for throat cancer and was recovering from radiotherapy. A full recovery for Watts, 63, is expected and he should be back with the band later this year.Shortly before his diagnosis in June of 2004, Charlie Watts got together with his little big band, the Tentet, to record a double-disc album live at Ronnie Scott’s in London. The disc is a retrospective look at the music of the swing and bebop giants of the past 50 years.
