Some good old fashion electric blues on this one. Kind of sounds like Buddy Guy in a way, but just not quite as guitar dominant. I would really like to listen the acoustic trio called the Hound Kings, which is Alabama Mike's other project. If it is half as good as this album it should be pretty killer. A really solid album here, with my favorite tracks being 1, 3, 8, and 10. Loved it!!!
