Ryan has been friends with Pokey Lafarge for a few years now, and even toured with him where he stole the spotlight on many occasions with his Harmonica playing. He has a bit of a country Mexican feel to the music, and is hard to compare him to another Artist. The songs which Ryan wrote are a testament to the days on the road with Pokey, and are an "Exaggerated Scrapbook Of His Life." I thought it sounded alright, but I thought it would be a little better considering all the people involved in like John Horton from the Bottle Rockets, Gary Hunt Jr from Son Volt, and of course members from Pokey Lafarge's Band as well.
