Jefferson Ross

Live At Hillbilly Haiku

2017-08-17

I really liked the emotions which poured out on this album from Jefferson Ross. Jefferson is a great songwriter and many of the songs played on this Live album were geared or dedicated to his Brother. He reminds me of Todd Snider with some of the hilarious lyrics he has and the crown banter which is included in this recording as well. There are some very heartfelt songs as well to show some different emotions. Then you get to song #12 where he starts showing off some slide playing with a blues feel, which is Phenomenal. More songs like number 12 would be awesome, but the album as a whole is pretty good. Well recorded and and great inspirational story as well. Songs 8, 9, and 12 were my favorites.
