Danielle Howle has gained a rep for genre-hopping (even within the boundaries of one album). Within Thank You, Mark, Howle jumps from singer/songwriter to blues to country to R&B. Howle's genre-jumping approach doesn't give Thank You, Mark much unity. Indeed, if one were listening to the album for the first time, one might gain the impression that it was a compilation. The Mammals
Rock That Babe
MARTHA SCANLAN
The West Was Burning
Y LA BAMBA
Oh February
TRUCKSTOP HONEYMOON
THE MADNESS OF HAPPINESS
BLACK JAKE AND THE CARNIES
Where The Heather Don't Grow
HENRY WOLFE
Linda Vista
